How far is the campsite from the beach?

There is no beach access or sea view from the campsite. We are located 1.2 km from the sea, a few minutes by car. Please note that we do not recommend going on foot as the road is dangerous. A free shuttle bus is available in July and August (afternoons only).

Where are the cycle paths located?

We have 96 km of cycle paths from Toulon to St Tropez. At the reception we can provide you with a map of the cycle paths in the municipality. We have two cycle tracks, both of which start 800m from the campsite (we just need that little bit to connect them… one day maybe…)

Is the pool heated?

The swimming pool (not covered) is heated from May. It can be 24 degrees in the morning, at the very beginning or very end of the season, but it quickly rises in temperature during the day (if the night has not been too cool). It is open from April to September with variable opening hours depending on the season. Lifeguards are present in July and August only. We remind you that your children are always your responsibility, at all times and in all seasons.

Do men have to wear swimming trunks at the pool?

No it is not compulsory, shorts and Bermuda shorts are tolerated but we ask that they are different from those taken to the beach to ensure the hygiene of our water park.

Choice of pitch

Yes, we will do our best to meet your requirements (shade, quietness, types of trees, …). The “chosen pitch” option, charged at €35, guarantees you your preferred pitch on arrival! However, we are lucky enough to have a lot of regulars and so sometimes your stay dates overlap and we don’t always have the opportunity to offer you the pitch you want as it is already taken. Our policy is simple, to avoid any conflict it is the first one who has booked who has priority … Do not hesitate to propose us 3 pitch numbers to satisfy your wishes at best 😉


Sheets and towels are never provided in our rentals as we know you prefer your own to feel at home. The beds are 140cm or 160cm depending on the model you choose. The single beds are 80 cm. If you want to lighten the car, you can rent sheets and towels for your stay. It is important to book your linen and towel kits with the reception to guarantee availability. Pillows and blankets are provided in the accommodation, but you can bring your own if you wish to have all your usual home comforts. A laundry is available on site if you wish to wash and dry them during your stay.


Yes, all our models (except for those without sanitary facilities) are equipped with a television, DVD player and some even have a USB port to connect your keys.

Vehicle, second vehicle and trailer parking

Oui, chaque séjour comprend l’emplacement pour un et un seul véhicule sur l’emplacement. It is possible to come with a second car. This will be charged at a rate of 5 euros per day and can be parked in the car park at the entrance. It is also possible to come with a trailer. If it is less than 1m80 it is free of charge and above that it will be charged as an additional vehicle.


You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay. And this year, even more so, we ask you to do your own disinfection, out of respect for the health of our cleaning staff. An additional charge of up to €150 may be deducted from your deposit if the mobile home is left uncleaned on departure.


Yes, pets are allowed on the campsite under certain conditions, at a cost of 6 euros per night. We have provided sanitary facilities for them to rinse off after the beach. We ask you to keep them on a lead and to take them outside the campsite to relieve themselves. It is forbidden to leave an animal alone on a pitch, tied up or locked in a car or in an accommodation. You will need to present their vaccination booklet on arrival. Only category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. For rentals only, only animals weighing less than 10 kg are accepted.

Payment on account

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, payable immediately to validate the booking.

Holiday vouchers

Yes, you can pay your deposit and/or balance in holiday vouchers. Simply send them, filled in with your name, to the campsite’s postal address. No holiday vouchers will be accepted on the day of arrival.

Payment in cash

Yes, you can pay the balance of your stay in cash if the amount is less than 30% of the total stay and less than 1000€.



How far is the campsite from the shops and town centre?

We are located 5 km from the centre of Hyères and 5 km from the centre of La Londe. Each offers several supermarket chains such as Intermarché, Casino, Carrefour market and Biocoop. Otherwise, our best advice is to go to one of the markets of Provence (every morning from 6am to 1pm) and enjoy the flavours of our region to please your taste buds!

How to get there by public transport?

To come by train you can choose either Hyères station (7 km) or Toulon station (25 km, a little further away, but much better served!). Once you arrive at the station, we advise you to take a taxi at the exit or at the following telephone number. Tel: 04 94 00 60 00. To come by bus, information and timetable on 0 825 000 650 but we do not recommend it as the stops are 1km from the campsite and the services are not very frequent. Overall, if you don’t have your own vehicle for your stay, don’t rely on public transport to and from our place. To come by plane, the airport is 6.5 km away, once you arrive, take a taxi or rent a car on site. To find us: Leave the airport, at the roundabout turn left, drive along the sea for 5 km, at the crossroads follow the direction of “La Londe” for 1 km, then turn left towards the campsite on the small road opposite the Castel.

Are wristbands mandatory?

Yes, they can be used to check that people using the swimming pool and the campsite in general are actually residents of the campsite. We put them on your wrist as soon as you arrive and they cannot be removed for the duration of your stay.


Yes, there is wifi throughout the campsite, accessible from any pitch. We offer a single fee of 1 euro per day per device. For sale online or at the reception.

Arrival times

Yes, it is up to us to adapt to your pace and obligations. So, if you expect to arrive outside the opening hours of the reception, give us a call on so that we can make arrangements together. In any case, an emergency number (and only an emergency number) exists:!

Air conditioning

We recommend that you specify at the time of booking whether you require an air-conditioned residence. Indeed, it will be difficult to move around when you arrive, as air-conditioned models are often very popular and booked up long in advance. Please note that we disinfect the air conditioners between each tenant with an anti-virucide product.

Kitchen equipment

Our residences are fully equipped with all the necessary cooking facilities. We advise you to take with you only special utensils (toaster, kettle) that are essential for your comfort.


Yes and No. No, because charcoal barbecues are formally prohibited throughout our department by prefectural decree. Yes, because gas or electric barbecues not exceeding 2,000 watts are tolerated. No barbecue is provided by the campsite.

Tent next to a mobile home

No, it is strictly forbidden to put a tent on the pitch of a mobile home you are renting, even if you do not exceed the number of people allowed on the pitch.

Installation on a pitch

Depending on the model, our pitches are equipped with electricity, water and drainage and range in size from 80 to 100 m². These pitches can accommodate: 1 caravan or a family tent or a campsite 1 vehicle included in the price of the stay 1 igloo tent (offered) 1 trailer (free until less than 1m80; charged as an additional vehicle above 1m80)

Payment of balance

As stated on your booking confirmation (the document that guarantees your booking after payment of the deposit), the balance is due 30 days before your arrival. Several payment methods are possible. We also offer the possibility of paying in instalments without charge. Contact us on so that we can consider a solution to your situation together.

Connect holiday vouchers

Yes, you can pay your deposit or balance directly with holiday vouchers when you book online. Otherwise, we remain available at to assist you in your payment process

Holiday voucher regulations

No, we do not take payments by holiday vouchers. However, we can fill them in and stamp them for you so that you can be reimbursed by the issuing organisation.

Cancellation policy

If one of the following events occurs after the day of reservation of the stay and until the day of arrival, you will benefit from the conditions of cancellation of your stay according to the following conditions (except for the postponement of a stay from the previous year) Any request to reduce the length of stay within 30 days of arrival will be considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms and conditions below: Case 1 – Illness, serious accident or death of a member of your family (ascendants, descendants or those of your spouse, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law), making it impossible for all the participants to stay on the planned dates Case 2 – Complications of pregnancy after the 4th month Case 3 – Economic redundancy Case 4 – Major material damage to your own property requiring your presence Case 5 – Cancellation or modification of leave dates by the employer Case 6 – Accident occurring on the direct route to the place of stay From booking to 31 days before arrival : Choice 1: Postponement of the stay to a later date without charge, valid for the year N or N+1. Choice 2 : Refund of the amount paid with a 100€ cancellation fee. From 30 days to 7 days before arrival : Choice 1: Postponement of the stay to a later date without charge, valid for the year N or N+1. Choice 2: Refund with a deduction of 30% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of 100€ for cancellation fees. From 6 days to arrival: No refund of stay will be made. Only postponement of the stay is possible with a deduction of 30% of the total amount of the stay (valid for the year N or N+1) Early departure will not give rise to any refund except in the circumstances described in case 1 which would make it impossible for all participants to complete their stay. These lists are exhaustive, any other reason will not be taken into account (e.g. personal reasons, separation, divorce ….). Any request for cancellation, modification or early departure without official justification will not be considered. For a request to be valid, it must be sent by e-mail to: (date of taking into account the cancellation which automatically cancels the stay). The proof must be provided within 7 days of the cancellation, without receipt of it within the time limit, the stay will be entirely lost as well as the amounts paid. Cancellation by the campsite: In the event of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure or natural disasters, your stay will be refunded in full. Such cancellation shall not give rise to any payment of damages.
