Beaches in the region

Campsite located by the sea in Hyères

Ideally located in Hyères on the edge of the old salines, the Port Pothuau campsite offers you stays by the sea in the best conditions.
Several beaches are nearby. The beach of the train station is less than 20 minutes walk, and that of Salins within 25 minutes walk and only 7 minutes by bike. Less than 3 km away is also the large beach of Ayguade: you will reach it in 10 minutes by bike. A shuttle allows you in season to reach the beaches without effort. The proximity of the beaches is ideal to spend serene holidays and without constraints: you can take advantage every day of the pleasures of bathing, idleness and games on the fine sand.
No need to organize your day at the beach: you can spend a few hours in the morning before spending the afternoon exploring the region, you stop at night on your return from walk, where you still wander quietly after dinner. You can also discover the other beaches of Hyères, the peninsula of Giens and Porquerolles, to savor the diversity: wild coves and intimate, or large expanses of sand with beach clubs and shops, you will find the site adapted to your mood!

In Hyères, the ever present sea offers huge stretches of white sand, wild creeks hidden by undergrowth – everyone can find their own private spot of sea.
